CWL – Comber

Who We Are

The Catholic Women’s League is the largest national organization of Catholic women in Canada with a tradition of service to others as expressed in its motto “For God and Country”. It focuses on directives to deepen spirituality and to nurture Christian Family life.

Why do we belong to a national organization? The League has been the voice of Catholic women across Canada and has spoken out on numerous subjects such as education, health, community life and Christian family life. For the past 40 years, the national executive has had the privilege of meeting annually with federal government officials to present the resolutions adopted at the Annual National Convention.

For more information check out the national website or the provincial website.
