It\u2019s about mission. It\u2019s about <strong>recognizing that all we have\u2014our time, talents, and resources\u2014come from God<\/strong>, and using them with intention, generosity, and joy to serve the Church and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s not a fundraising strategy. It\u2019s a way of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">True stewardship:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flows from gratitude<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is rooted in prayer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leads to action<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Builds up the Body of Christ<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Family\u2019s Stewardship Vision<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the <strong>Famille des Paroisses Catholiques des Lacs \u00c9ri\u00e9 et Ste-Claire<\/strong>, we are striving to become a <strong>community of intentional disciples<\/strong>. That means:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Welcoming others with warmth and humility<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using our God-given gifts to serve in ministry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Growing in our faith through formation and worship<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting the mission of the Church through sacrificial giving<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In everything, we begin with prayer. Stewardship is <strong>not what we do for the Church<\/strong>\u2014it\u2019s what we do because <strong>we are the Church<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The 3 Pillars of Catholic Stewardship<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Time<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We make time for God\u2014through daily prayer, Sunday Mass, the sacraments, and quiet moments of reflection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Talent<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We offer our gifts\u2014hospitality, teaching, music, organization, compassion\u2014in service to the parish and those in need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Treasure<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We give financially\u2014according to our means and with a spirit of trust\u2014so our parishes can continue to share the Gospel and care for others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stewardship is not about equal giving\u2014it\u2019s about equal sacrifice.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Growing as a Steward: Start Here<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are simple ways you can live stewardship today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Attend Mass regularly and pray daily<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Volunteer in a ministry or outreach program<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflect on your giving\u2014can you give 1% more this year?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sign up for pre-authorized giving to make your support consistent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invite someone to join you at Mass or a parish event<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thank God daily for your blessings\u2014and ask how He wants you to use them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stewardship is Discipleship<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are not called to maintain the Church. We are called to <strong>transform the world<\/strong>. And that begins with hearts that are generous, humble, and on fire with the love of Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for everything you do\u2014seen and unseen\u2014to build up our parishes.
